PHOS attempts to provide a one-stop-shop for all foreign companies interested in offshoring in the Philippines. Most companies only provide staffing solutions which is only 75% of the requirement. A lot of newer companies are seeking better profitability by either setting up their own offshore operations or maintain their existing offshore operations here in Manila. Setup local operations for foreign based companies

Some foreign companies are actually interested in setting up their own company’s offshore entity rather then dealing with a company like PH Offshoring Solutions Inc. However, this proves to be difficult as setting up an offshore entity is no easy task and varies from country to country. The process also involves a lot of time from the offshore company. Unfortunately, only a limited number of employees from the foreign company are willing to handle the reins on their behalf.

The PHOS local management team has years of experience setting up foreign companies here in the Philippines. We have a solid track record in business incorporation, legal and government registrations, office setup and logistics, staff recruitment and onboarding and financial arrangements (banks), among others.
